The Location, the ambience. The spa and the eco-friendly infrastructure was mesmerising.

Transport to and from the location was quite hectic. The Reception staffs were not as friendly during check out than they were when during check in.

We were attracted with the inhouse Waterfall, the waterfall was superb and met our expectation, the property is located in serene place and scenery is wonderful, you are always under the sound of waterfall, some times it is serene but some times it is irritating as you feel like raining all the time. the property is neatly maintained, you could see lot of staff's always doing some work to improve the property. The food is great and never had any issues. all breakfast, lunch and dinner were exceptional. we went for Diwali and they arranged folk dance, mehndi and music it was wonderful . The drive from main town to property is excellent, if you are new driver, it is very difficult to drive so be careful. it has single road for very long period of time but the drive is fantastic.

The rooms seems require lot of maintenance, Bathroom is neat but requires new fittings, the veranda door is not closing properly, we could depict the property age. Some of the staff's need to be more patient with customers, some little bit rude.

Its clean, hygienic and the food was really good. The breakfast buffet spread was adequate . Ayatana is beautifully located amidst the jungle, the green luscious flora is relaxing and serene

The staff were less responsive ! We wanted an extra bed & quilt at night but no one was attending the call at the reception. Instead of repeated calls, we were unable to reach them. That had really put us off. They can provide better hospitality considering their tariff

Location Resort' main USP is a natural waterfall besides its clubhouse

Extremely Slow service in terms of fetching buggies for movement within the resort.

Checkin took 1.5 hrs Taxes not mentioned by booking.com. there was room rent plus taxes , plus taxes which was not mentioned on booking.com. looks like a trick to show offers and book

The location is amidst the mighty green coorg and waterfall inside made it extremely natural.

Price. The price is way too high for the room's quality and even for activities.

Road to the property had a lot of turns and lacks safety signages. One has to be very careful while driving

Friendly and cheerful staff, clean and spacious rooms, secluded place and off course the constant sound of waterfalls within the campus.

The swimming pool is too small. It's just made to take photos. It was raining when we went but there were no umbrellas kept either outside our cottage or the restaurants to walk around.

Excellent location, very scenic and serene. The restaurant is right next to the waterfall and it is amazing sitting there with the waterfall spray. Couldn't get under the waterfall as it was raging (due to rains). Very friendly staff, clean and scenic place. The drive to and fro is also great. The food is very good too.

The road leading to the place for a couple of kilometers just before reaching is quite broken. The buffet is a little overpriced.

The resort is beautiful, and we got a room facing the waterfall, so it was a very enjoyable experience.

A few things: - There were 3 groups of 5-6 men staying together. They partied till morning 4 AM and caused a disturbance. It also felt uncomfortable in the common dining area around them as they stared at women. - Our bedsheet had a bloodstain, was in spite of informing the management, it wasn't changed throughout our 4-day stay - The room service guidelines were ambiguous, and it was confusing to know whether we can call for things or not

Many things are still under construction like mini golf and they do not have bar license yet. No mobile network.

This is the my second visit to this resort. I love this place. The staffs are extremely polite and caring. The food is yummy. The chef had given us a demo on making different varieties of food and my wife loved it. Hope to come here again

Beautiful and serene property in the midst of nature. With an in-house waterfall facing the restaurant. The buffet spread had both local as well as continental variety.

The spa did not have hot water for shower.
